Cherokee Caverns: Christmas in the Cave

Join us for this unique and fun family tradition at Knoxville’s Historic Cherokee Caverns! Christmas in the Cave runs on weekends in December 2025 (December 5–7, 12–14, and 19–21). Friday hours are 5–8 PM; Saturdays & Sundays are 3–8 PM. Stroll along the cave path amid beautiful stalactites and stalagmites twinkling with thousands of Christmas lights and scenes. Bring your Christmas list for a visit with Santa and photos with the Mean One or Cousin Ed*. Shop for locally made gifts from vendors and enjoy concessions from The Grotto. Tickets are $15 per person (ages 3+); your ticket is good for any event date, and photos with Santa or the Mean One are an optional additional fee.
