Tour de Lights is a free, family -friendly holiday celebration at Mary Costa Plaza outside the Knoxville Civic Auditorium & Coliseum. The event features a Holiday Market from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m., a costume contest at 4:15 p.m., and a guided bike ride that begins at 5:30 p.m. Decorate your bike, dress up in your most creative holiday attire and ride through downtown with other revelers. Winners of the costume contest are announced at 7:20 p.m. Enjoy vendors, live entertainment and plenty of holiday cheer at this annual Knoxville tradition.
